Auxter, Mapus
CLYDE -- Dean and Melinda Auxter, Clyde, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Hannah E. Auxter, and James T. Mapus, the son of Randy and Jane Mapus of Castalia.
The bride-elect graduated from Clyde High School in 2002, Wittenberg University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in business management, and Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2007. She is a licensed embalmer and funeral director at her family's funeral homes in Bellevue and Clyde.
Her fiancé graduated from Margaretta High School in 2002, and from Tiffin University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in aviation management. He is employed by the Port Clinton City School District.
The couple plan to marry in November at St. John's Lutheran Church in Bellevue.
