Heather Russell, 18, 613 Dewey St., was charged with a red light violation and driving under suspension or restriction when she was involved in a two car crash on Aug. 14.

According to reports, Russell was traveling east bound on West Main St. when she failed to stop for a red light at Southwest Street. Upon entering the intersection, Russell was struck on the drivers rear side. The other vehicle involved in the accident left the roadway striking a trash bin, and a light pole.

Russell and her passenger were taken to The Bellevue Hospital, as was the second driver. No one was seriously hurt, according to police reports.

Christopher Reed, 15, 2151 Cty. Rd. 292, was arrested by Bellevue Police with possession of alcohol, consumption of alcohol and violation of curfew on July 19, and was transported to Sandusky County Detention Home.

Robert Steiner, 917 Castalia St., was arrested for underage consumption, obstructing official business, criminal damaging and criminal trespassing by Bellevue Police on Aug. 16, and was held at Huron County Jail on a $5,544 bond with no 10 percent.
