Young, Stockmaster
St. Gaspar del Bufalo Catholic Church, Marywood, provided the setting for the Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, marriage of Courtney Renee Young and Daniel James Stockmaster. The Rev. Paul Fahrbach, pastor, officiated the 1:30 p.m. double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Joyce Young, Collins. Parents of the bridegroom are Marjorie Stockmaster, 3952 N. Co. Rd. 29, Bellevue, and the late Marvin "Butch" Stockmaster.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, was attended by her sister, Angela Young, Columbus, as maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Shauna Twitchell, Manquin, Va., a cousin of the bride.
Hannah Martin, Attica, the groom's cousin, was the flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man was Jake Ziegler, Republic. Ushers included Steve Ruffing, Attica, and Randy Stockmaster, Bellevue, both cousins of the groom, and Brian Daniel, Bellevue.
Ringbearers were Jack Lykins, Norwalk, and Shane Shannon, Manquin, Va., both cousins of the bride.
A reception was held at the Bellevue VFW Hall. The groom's mother hosted a rehearsal dinner at Fathead's in Republic.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Las Vegas, Nev., and the National Finals Rodeo. They are residing at 14858 E. Co. Rd. 46, Bellevue.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Edison High School. She is employed at Sherrie Szucs Stables as an assistant horse trainer.
The groom graduated from Bellevue Senior High School in 2000. He is employed by Thompson Township and also works at the family farm, Stockmaster Partnership.
