Daycare has ice cream social
St. Paul's Christian Daycare Center and Pre-School is holding an Ice Cream Social on Thursday, Aug 14, at 7 p.m. Children will be free and parents will get a generous scoop of Toft's famous local ice cream for $1. The center is located at 428 Kilbourne Street, Bellevue in the St. Paul's United Church of Christ.
Families can play games such as: Corn Hole, Ladder Golf, Candy Scramble, Face Painting and more. Bring your family, friends and neighbors and enjoy an evening of old fashion fun and games.
The center will be open for families to visit classrooms and visit with teachers. It offers care for infants and children from six weeks through 12 years of age. All children receive lesson planning with ITERS, ECERS or SACERS and the Creative Curriculum.
Staff are members of the Ohio Association Education of Young Children and the local branch of the SVAEYC. The staff recently attended the annual spring conference in Columbus. Trainings for our staff are ongoing each and every month.
Each child at the center receives a full pre-school education along with a loving Christian education. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided throughout the day. In the summer there is a school-age day camp filled with many activities; residents often see them walking around town and in and out of area businesses. Before and after school care is available each fall.
The public is invited.
