Last season the Bellevue Redmen golf team had many new faces. This season those faces have matured as the Redmen return five lettermen.

The Redmen opened the season at the Bucyrus Inventational with a seventh place finish. Their first NOL match was a tri-match with league powers Galion and Shelby. Galion won the NOL last season.

"Galion ran away with the league last year and Shleby is always a tough opponent," said Redmen Golf coach Jan TerVeen.

This season the Redmen are lead by senior co-captions Evan Randloff and Justin Schultz. TrVeen is excited for his senior co-captions.

"Evan and Justin have been in the program four years and have shown a lot of dedication. They may not be the most vocal leaders, but they definently lead by example."

Also returning for the Redmen are juniors Cory Marvin and Jimmy Seliga. Rounding out the squad is sophmore Taylor Radloff.

TerVeen would like to see a few changes this season. "We need to have a good core and play up to the potential that we have."
