Humphreys note50th anniversary
Stuart and Phyllis Humphrey, Kelleys Island, formerly of Clyde, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends on Saturday, Aug. 23, from 2 to 5 p.m., at the Kelleys Island Village Park Pavilion.
The couple was married Saturday, Aug. 23, 1958 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clyde, by the Rev. Frank A. Jordan.
The Humphreys are the parents of Tama Marie Schodowski of Hinckley and Kelleys Island. They have three grandchildren.
Stuart Humphrey is retired from US Gypsum in Genoa and the Village of Kelleys Island. Phyllis Humphrey taught music and preschool. The couple serve as church pianist and organist on Kelleys Island.
