Caring for Clyde Kids Toy Collection program begins Nov. 1 and runs through Dec. 11.

Donation boxes will be located in the Clyde City Building, 222 N. Main St. by the police department and at St. Mary's School on Vine Street.

Businesses and churches may also request their own boxes for donations, according to a press release.

This is the 17th year for the program sponsored b y St. Mary's School, according to chairwoman Kay Dick.

She reported that the program also hopes to place a donation box at each school in the Clyde-Green Springs School District.

The program is looking for new and gently used toys and cash donations.

All items donated are distributed through the Clyde Back Door Food Pantry on McPherson Highway. Only families who reside in the Clyde-Green Springs school district will receive the items, according to Dick.
