Leona M. Nebergall

Leona Marie Nebergall, 88, Cartersville, Ga., died Monday, Aug. 18, 2008

She was born Feb. 5, 1919 in Clyde, the daughter of Zeno B. and Lottie Viola Green Warner. She married Lauren Ollen Nebergall.

She was retired from Shader Warehouse. She was a member of Bartow Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Florida Fly Wheelers, Orlando Moose Club and Twirlers Square Dance.

Survivors include a daughter, Marilyn (Larry) Henderson of Orlando, Fla.; a son, Bruce (Sandra) Nebergall of Cartersville, Ga.; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; a sister, Elizabeth (Robert) Wright of Clyde; and brothers, William (Evelyn) Warner of Clyde and Norman Warner of Clyde.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lauren; a son, Dean Roger Nebergall; and a sister, Ruth Zieber.

Visitation was Thursday, Aug. 21, at the Owen Funeral Home in Cartersville, Ga.

Funeral services were held Friday, Aug. 22, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of the funeral home iwth Rev. Mark Rackley officiating. Burial was in Bartow Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
