Joan D. Dayringer
Joan D. Dayringer, 72, Clyde, died Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008, at her residence.
She was born July 25, 1936 in Egg Harbor City, N.J., the daughter of Harry and Caroline (Howe) Weber. She married Albert C. Dayringer and he preceded her in death.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Bellevue. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliaries in Apache Junction, Ariz. She volunteered at the Clyde Schools, Bellevue Hospital and the Lutheran Memorial Home.
Survivors include a daughter, Joy A. North of Batavia; and sons, James C. Putney of Charlotte, N.C. and John E. Putney of Denver, Colo.; four grandchildren; and a sister, Elizabeth Schneider of Omaha, Neb.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albert; six sisters; and two brothers.
Visitation will be on Thursday, Aug. 21, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, Aug. 22, at 11 a.m., at the Immaculate Conception Church, 231 E. Center St. in Bellevue. Burial will be in Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
