Shirley J. Larkins

Shirley J. Larkins, 76, Clyde, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo.

She was born Oct. 7, 1932, the daughter of Ashley and Hazel (Stiler) Waterfield.

She graduated from York High School in 1950 and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clyde. She had worked at Claus Cutlery in Fremont.

Survivors include her children, Curt (Melinda) Larkins of Republic, Kris (Maryellen) Larkins of Naples, Fla., Kevin (Michelle) Larkins of Clyde, Erica Larkins of Clyde and Grant (Michelle) Larkins of Clyde; a sister, Judith Hudson of Clyde; and a brother, James (Nina) Waterfield of Clyde.

Visitation was held one hour prior to the funeral service on Friday, Aug. 1, at 11 a.m., at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., with Rev. Robert Young officiating.
