CHS gives September honors
Students of the month for Clyde High School in September are Alivia Danhoff, Blaine MacFarland and Shelbe Gibson.
Danhoff, of 123 Lynber Lane, is the daughter of David and Natalie Danhoff. She is a freshman.
She is involved in volleyball, softball, Key Club, Science Club, Spanish Club and student council.
She is also a member of the First United Methodist Church and its youth group, Bible school and volunteers in the nursery.
MacFarland of 206 Kimberly Lane, is the son of Jeff and Karen MacFarland. He is a sophomore.
He is involved in football, tennis, student council, drama club, French Club and Key Club. He is also a class officer. Out of school he is a member of The Link and Building Communities Together.
Gibson of 124 W. Merlin Lane is the daughter of Marc and Stacey Gibson.
She is a junior who is involved in varsity tennis, Key Club, Varsity C, National Honor Society and Renaissance. She is also vice president of student council, editor-in-chief of the Race Street Journal and junior class president.
She is also a member of the youth group at Grace Community Church.
