Club Red sails into the sunset

Club Red members are currently preparing for the "Red Sails in the Sunset" gala to benefit the American Red Cross of Ottawa County which will be held Friday, August 1, 2008 at the CIC pavilion.

Members recently attended a pre-gala event featuring "Sherry and Chocolates", hosted by Club Red founder Cindy Amerine at the Catawba Island Club. Kristin Cajka, Greater Toledo development officer, showed a music video titled "Reach Out", the official "Thank You" song for the American Red Cross by Steph Carse. Linda Snyder and Mary Jane Gibson, co-chairs both spoke about Red Cross Awareness.

'Red Sails in the Sunset' decorating chair, Gayle Rink and her committee, have wonderful plans for transporting you on your evening's voyage under the Red Sails. Prize chairperson, Liz Skrinak and her committee, have done an outstanding job of securing fabulous surprises and sideboard chairperson, Lynn Majce and her committee, have created fun themes to tempt attendees.
