"Dog Days of Summer" to be held at Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge

Are you looking for something fun to do with your canine friend?

Come out to Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge on Saturday, August 9th between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. and take a walk on the refuge's trails. Dog treats and human treats (ice cream novelties) will be available. Nature walks will be offered at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Dogs must get along with other dogs and be on a standard 6-foot leash to participate in the walks.

The Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge entrance is located 15 miles east of Toledo or 16 miles west of Port Clinton on State Route 2. The entrance road is located on the north side of State Route 2.
