Riverview's Apple Festival Royalty

Excitement was in the air as the residents of Riverview HealthCare Campus competed in a contest to choose Riverview's Apple Festival Royalty "Mr. McIntosh" and "Ms. Granny Smith Apple".

The residents answered questions about their favorite apple desserts and fairs and festivals of their youth.

Mr. Bill Hays was chosen as "Mr. McIntosh" and his runner up is Mr. Don Sorg. "Ms. Granny Smith Apple" is Ms. Pat Kurek with her runner-up Joanne Shultz.

These residents rode in the Oak Harbor Apple Festival Parade that was held on Saturday, October 10th.
