Fall Tour of Homes and Gardens planned for Oak Harbor

St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, 118 Ottawa Street, Oak harbor is sponsoring a Tour of Homes and Gardens for Sunday, September 7th. The Tour runs from 1:00-4:00 p.m.

Brochures are now on sale for $10.00 each in the church office, during regular business hours, Druckenmiller Insurance Agency and MLJ Hair Design, both in downtown Oak Harbor. Brochures may be also purchased the day of the Tour at each home featured. Remember to bring this brochure with you, as this is your ticket to enter each home. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will provide matching funds up to $500.

Anchored at the Rock Christian Book Store, 444 N. Stone Street, Fremont will be set up in the DeWalt garage. Visitors may purchase any materials Jim and Lori Young, owners, have available that day. Their store sells Christian gifts, music, wall hangings, greeting cards and much more.

Refreshments will be served poolside a the Barnes' home. Homes included on this year's Tour include: Jim and Sue Barnes, 130 South Brookside Drive; Sam and Marilyn DeWalt, 160 South Brookside Drive; Brad and Julie Hemminger, 11775 West River Lane; Dewayne and Tracie Henson, 524 North Locust Street, pastor and Mrs. Sue Hunsinger, 122 Ottawa Street; Mike and Molly Judge, 140 South Brookside Drive, Richard and Laura Kohring, 259 South Manor Court, and Jerry and Kelly Witt, 120 South Brookside Drive.
