Lady Rockets SBC champs

The Lady Rockets cross country team literally ran away with the SBC title on Saturday October 17 held in Huron, winning by 43 points.
Kia Frank turned in her best time of the year to garner individual SBC honors and first team.
Teammates Megan Wistinghausen would finish 4th and Allie Dresser 6th place would also qualify both of them for first team SBC honors.
Second team SBC honors went to Kristin Rios with an 8th place finish, Tory Wood 9th, and Sydney Street in 14th place.
In the JV race Nikki Wilhelm won the race and Sara Newman turned in a personal best time.
The middle schoolers turned in a 3rd place finish in the league race. Trinity Gephart was 2nd, Allie Jett (11th), Abbi Riechman (15th) place finishes.
