Nofzigers' 60th anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Nofziger of Lyons will celebrate 60 years of marriage. Herb and Virginia were married on July 25, 1948 at the home of the bride's parents in rural Wauseon.
They are the parents of five children: Barbara Henricks (deceased), Jane (Terry) Wyse of Wauseon, Mike (Gwen) Nofziger of Lyons, Stephen Nofziger (deceased) and Matt (Lynelle) Nofziger of Wauseon. They have 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
An open house, hosted by their children and their families, will be held on Sunday, June 29 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the North Clinton Mennonite Church, 831 W. Linfoot St., Wauseon. A memory or short story card shower is planned in lieu of gifts.
