Phyllis F. Cotterman

Phyllis F. Cotterman, 84, of Powell, Ohio, formerly of Wauseon, Ohio. Phyllis was a graduate of the Ohio State University of School of Nursing. She was preceded in death by husband V.L. Cotterman and brother Robert J. Finney. She is survived by son George Michael (Donna) Cotterman of Barnesville, Ohio and daughter Cheryl L. (James) Fergus of Powell, Ohio, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and sister Patricia Hawk of Savannah, Georgia.
