Fulton County Grand Jury indicts 16 individuals
On Monday, Sept. 21, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging 16 individuals with crimes committed within the county, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
John P. Villaruz, 23, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of vandalism. On or about Jan. 9, 2009 to Jan. 13, 2009, Villaruz allegedly caused serious physical harm to property belonging to a governmental entity. Case Number 09CR142.
Craig L. Willeman, 54, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine. On or about Aug. 14, 2009, he allegedly possessed cocaine. Case Number 09CR128.
Joel L. Bland, 54, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine. On or about Aug. 14, 2009, he allegedly possessed cocaine. Case Number 09CR138.
Andrew R. Campo, 22, Swanton, was indicted on one count of violating protection order and one count of domestic violence. On or about Aug. 21, 2009, Campo allegedly caused physical harm to a family member. He also violated the terms of a protection order. Case Number 09CR130.
James C. Clark, 50, Fayette, was indicted on one count of felonious assault. On or about Aug. 14, 2009, he allegedly caused physical harm to another. Case Number 09CR141.
John W. Shambarger, 48, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of theft, and three counts of forgery. On or about July 30, 2009 to Aug. 14, 2009, Shambarger allegedly stole blank checks and presented forged checks to a local store. Case Number 09CR136.
Shane J. Bellmore, 36, Swanton, was indicted on one count of domestic violence. On or about Sept. 14, 2009, he allegedly caused physical harm to a family member. Case Number 09CR146.
Heather N. Dixon, 26, Pittsford, Mich., was indicted on one count of passing bad checks. On or about May 19, 2009, she allegedly wrote a check for more than $500 but less than $5,000, knowing it would be dishonored. Case Number 09CR144.
Steven J. Maiolo, 21, Waterville, was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless homicide, one count of trafficking in heroin and one count of corrupting another with drugs. On or about Aug. 30, 2009 to Aug. 31, 2009, he allegedly furnished heroin to an individual, thereby causing that person's death. Case Number 09CR137.
Jason Hintz, 23, Waterville, was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless homicide, one count of trafficking in heroin and one count of corrupting another with drugs. On or about Aug. 30, 2009 to Aug. 31, 2009, he allegedly furnished heroin to an individual, thereby causing that person's death. Case Number 09CR135.
Gregory J. Kolbeck, 22, Perrysburg, was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless homicide, one count of trafficking in heroin and one count of corrupting another with drugs. On or about Aug. 30, 2009 to Aug. 31, 2009, he allegedly furnished heroin to an individual, thereby causing that person's death. Case Number 09CR134.
William J. Whitten, 38, Wauseon, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. On or about Sept. 7, 2009, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Case Number 09CR133.
Daniel G. Hinds, 54, Berkey, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. On or about Sept. 6, 2009, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Case Number 09CR139.
Alma A. Stewart, 39, Toledo, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. On or about Sept. 11, 2009, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Case Number 09CR140.
Rick L. Brandenburg, 46, Burlington, Ky., was indicted on one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle. On or about Sept. 13, 2009 to Sept. 15, 2009, he allegedly stole a vehicle in rural Wauseon. Case Number 09CR145.
Keirre D. Blackmon, 19, Swanton, was indicted on one count of theft and one count of receiving stolen property. On or about Sept. 13, 2009, he allegedly stole a credit card and used it to purchase miscellaneous items. Case Number 09CR143.
