Wauseon man sentenced
A Wauseon man was sentenced on Oct. 1, 2009 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Timothy Tremmel, 43, Wauseon, previously pleaded guilty to possession to cocaine. On May 2, 2009, he had cocaine in his possession.
Judge James E. Barber sentenced Tremmel to four years of community control and ordered that he pay a $500 fine, successfully complete the SEARCH program in Bowling Green, stay out of bars and taverns, possess no alcohol, seek and maintain employment, abide by an 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew, pay a $50 per month supervision fee and his driver's license is suspended for one year.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Tremmel spending eight months in prison.
