Grand Jury indicts 23 individuals

In March, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging 23 individuals with Fulton County crimes.

Albert Davis, 27, Napoleon, was indicted on one cout of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and one count of sexual battery. Allegedly on Feb. 26, 2008, he engaged in sexual conduct with another person less than 16 but older than 13 years old.

Eugene D. Hartman, 34, Wauseon, was indicted on four counts of driving while intoxicated. Allegedly on March 14, 2008, he was operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them. The indictment contains specifications alleging that Hartman has been convicted of five DWI offenses within the last 20 years and that three of those convictions were withing six years.

Lisa M. Perry, 24, Wauseon, was indicted on two counts of theft. It is alleged that on Feb. 17, 2008, she stole a credit card and deprived the owner of over $500.

Brooks R. Babcock, 23, Wauseon, was indicted on two counts of theft. It is alleged that on Feb. 17, 2008, she stole a credit card and deprived the owner of over $500.

Martin Barriga Monroy, 34, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of forgery. Allegedly on March 10, 2008, he was in possession of a document he knew to have been forged.

Kristine M. Pontious, 26, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of passing bad checks. It is alleged that on and between the dates of Nov. 26 and 17, 2007, she wrote two bad checks to Pamida totalling $709.56.

Robin L. Houser, 44, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of grand theft. It is alleged that between the dates of Jan. 5, 2007 and May 31, 2007, she stole estate proceeds in excess of $16,000.

Earl Wayne Stewart, Jr., 31, Defiance, was indicted on one cout of failure to appear on a personal recognizance bond. It is alleged that on March 10, 2008, he failed to appear in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court for his sentencing hearing as required by the terms of his personal recognizance bond.

Robert Lee Jackson, 50, Erie, Pa., was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine, one count of attempted tampering with evidence and one count of permitting drug abuse. It is alleged that on March 2, 2008, he was in possessin of cocaine, attempted to conceal evidence during the investigation and being the owner, operator or person in charge of the vehicle, permitted the vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.

Nicole Marie Spinelli, 37, Erie, Pa., was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine and one count of permitting drug abuse. It is alleged that on March 2, 2008, she was in possession of cocaine and being the owner, operator or person in charge of the vehicle, permitted the vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.

Gerardo Gomez, 35, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of violating protection order. It is alleged that on Feb. 22, 2008, he violated the terms of a protection order. The indictment contains specifications alleging that he has three prior convictions for violating a protection order.

Javier R. Estrada, 26, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of domestic violence. It is alleged that he caused physical harm to a family or household member. The indictment contains a specification alleging that Estrada was previously convicted of domestic violence in the Fulton County Court, Western District in July, 2006.

William J. Brewer, 39, Monclova, was indicted on one count of identity fraud. Allegedly on Mach 14, 2008, he used, obtained or possessed the personal dentifying information of another person with the intent to hold himself out to be the other person.

Bobbi K. Hardison-Hawkins, 38, Toledo, was indicted on two counts of passing bad checks. It is alleged that on March 16, 2007 and Sept. 8, 2007, she wrote two bad checks totalling $1,353.

Joshua D. Warf, 23, address unknown, was indicted on one count of burglary. It is alleged that on Aug. 26, 2007, he trespassed in an occupied structure with the purpose to commit a criminal offense.

Robyn L. Gorringe, 22, Swanton, was indicted on one count of forgery. It is alleged that on Feb. 19, 2008, she possessed and cashed a forged check, knowing the check had been forged.

Brian K. Torok, 41, Swanton, was indicted on one county of attempted burglary. Allegedly on Feb. 5, 2008, he attempted to break into an occupied structure with the intent to commit a criminal offense.

Sandra L. Sintobin, 40, Delta, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine. It is alleged that on Aug. 10, 2007, she was in possession of cocaine.

Julian Jospeh Glen, 22, Gurnee, Ill., was indicted on one count of possession of drugs. It is alleged that on March 16, 2008, he was in possessin of heroin.

Jason Pontious, 34, Wauseon, was indicted on three counts of nonsupport of dependents, accumulating an alleged arrearage of over $4,500.

Matthew Cooper, 36, Wauseon, was indicted on six counts of nonsupport of dependents, accumulating an alleged arrearage of over $7,314.

Christopher Demaline, 29, Swanton, was indicted on four counts of nonsupport of dependents, accumulating an alleged arrearage of over $9,476.

Christopher Hutchinson, 33, Oregon, Oh., was indicted on six counts of nonsupport of dependents, accumulating an alleged arrearage of over $3,327. The indictment also contains a specification alleging he was previously convicted of nonsupport of dependents in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court in 1999.
