Grand Jury indicted nine in April
On April 21, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging nine individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Prosecuting Attorney Roger D. Nagel.
Kristen Ann Bergstrom, 43, North Franklin, Conn., was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property. It is alleged that on April 8, 2008, she was in possession of a stolen Hyundai Elantra owned by Budget Rental.
Charles Paul Miller, Jr., 33, Morenci, was indicted on one count of felonious assault, one count burglary and four counts of assault. It is alleged that on Dec. 17, 2006, he broke into an occupied structure and assaulted five individuals, one seriously.
Jay Donald Miller, 19, Camp LeJune, N.C., was indicted on one count of theft. Allegedly on Jan. 1, 2008, he took a laptop computer and carrying case valued at over $500.
Sean D. Munger, 23, Colorado Springs, Colo., was indicted on two counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between the dates of Feb. 1, 2007 and Jan. 31, 2008 he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $2,834.
Timothy E. Muir, 43, Whitehouse, was indicted on two counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between the dates of Sept. 1, 2006 and Sept. 30, 2007 he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $7,800. The indictment also contains a specification alleging that Muir was previously convicted of nonsupport of dependents on April 30, 2003 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Richard A. Bailey, 29, Toledo, was indicted on two counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between the dates of July 1, 2005 and Sept. 30, 2007 he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $3,410.
Lara L. Thoma, 22, Holland, Ohio, was indicted on one count of identity fraud. It is alleged that on Aug. 20, 2007, she used personal identification information of another person with the intent to present herself to be the other person.
Jackelyn C. Smith, 27, Toledo, was indicted on one count of trafficking in cocaine and one count permitting drug abuse. It is alleged that on April 2, 2008, she sold or offered to sell over 10 grams of cocaine, and being the owner, operator or person in charge of the vehicle, permitted the vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug offense. The indictment contains a specification seeking the forfeiture of Smith's 1994 Pontiac Grand Am.
Kevin G. Brown, 24, Toledo, was indicted on one county of trafficking in cocaine, and one count possession of cocaine. It is alleged that on April 2, 2008, he sold or offered to sell over 10 grams of cocaine, and was in possession of cocaine.
