Eleven indicted by county grand jury

On Monday, June 16, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging 11 individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Prosecuting Attorney Roger D. Nagel.

David Paul Lauharn, 32, Wauseon, was indicted on six counts of Gross Sexual Imposition. It is alleged that between the months of January 2007 through April 2008, he had sexual contact with another who was less than thirteen years old. Case No. 08CR000082.

Candelario Nieto, 36, Delta, was indicted on one count of Felonious Assault and one count of Assault. Allegedly, on May 25, 2008, he caused serious physical harm to Gerardo Mena. Case No. 08CR000081.

Raul R. Silva, 29, Lyons, was indicted on one count of Complicity to Commit Felonious Assault and one count of Assault. It is alleged that on May 25, 2008, he aided and abetted Candelario Nieto in the assault of Gerardo Mena. Case No. 08CR000084.

Gianni Antonio Gray, 25, Euclid, was indicted on one count of Possession of Marihuana. Allegedly, on June 3, 2008, he was in possession of over 200 grams of marihuana. Case No. 08CR000073.

Jason A. Hicks, 31, Spring, Texas, was indicted on two counts of Nonsupport of Dependents. It is alleged that between the dates of Jan. 1, 2007 and April 30, 2008, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $4,568. Case No. 08CR000077.

Larry W. Compton, 38, Swanton, Texas, was indicted on three counts of Nonsupport of Dependents. It is alleged that between the dates of Jan. 1, 2005 and December 31, 2007, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $4,438. Case No. 08CR000075.

Ray E. Ridgway, 48, Bryan, was indicted on one count of Passing Bad Checks. It is alleged that between the dates of Jan. 23, 2008 and February 3, 2008, he wrote five checks to Pamida totaling $906.91, knowing the checks would be dishonored. Case No. 08CR000080.

William Paul Coker, 55, Delta, was indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine, one count of Criminal Trespass and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. It is alleged that on June 11, 2008, he was in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Case No. 08CR000079.

Brian K. Blankenship, 29, Lambertville, Mich., was indicted on one count of Burglary and one count of Theft. It is alleged that on May 6, 2008, he broke into an occupied structure and stole checks. Case No. 08CR000078.

Paul Heath Butler, 42, Swanton, was indicted on one count of Failure to Periodically Verify Current Address and one count of Failure to Provide Notice of Change of Address. Allegedly, on May 14, 2008, he failed to verify his current address as required by the sexual offender requirements. Case No. 08CR000076.

Jeremiah D. Butler, 27, Swanton, was indicted on one count of Theft, one count of identity fraud and one count of Misuse of Credit Cards. It is alleged that on or about and in between the dates of May 31, 2008 and June 2, 2008, he obtained over $500 in property by using the identity and credit card of another person. Case No. 08CR000083.
