Grand Jury indicts 32 individuals for county crimes
On May 19, 2008, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging 32 individuals with crimes, according to Prosecutor Roger D. Nagel.
Raymond D. Rhodes, Jr., 26, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of trafficking in marijuana and one count possession of drug paraphernalia. It is alleged that on May 16, 2008 he sold over 200 grams of marijuana and was in possession of drug instruments.
David W. Taylor, 20, Wauseon, was indicted on one count breaking and entering, one count of safecracking and one count of theft. It is alleged that on April 23, 2008, he broke into an unoccupied structure, tampered with a safe and stole checks.
Todd B. Plassman, Jr., 20, Archbold, was indicted on one count breaking and entering, one count of safecracking and one count of theft. It is alleged that on April 23, 2008, he broke into an unoccupied structure, tampered with a safe and stole checks, and then proceeded to flee from officers.
Bryan K. Kidd, 19, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of safecracking and one count of theft. It is alleged that on April 29, 2008, he tampered with a safe and stole several coins.
Ryan W. Gleckler, 23, Lyons, was indicted on two counts of theft and one count burglary. It is alleged that on March 14, 2008, he used the personal identification information of another person with the intent to present himself to be the other person.
William J. Brewer, 39, Monclova, was indicted on one count of identity fraud. It is alleged that on march 14, 2008, he used the personal identifying information of another person with the intent to present himself to be the other person.
Michael John Wolfrum, 25, Defiance, was indicted on three counts of breaking and entering. Allegedly on Oct. 20, 2002, he broke into the Archbold Wash & Fill; Nov. 8, 2002, he broke into Laub Food Mart; and on Dec. 5, 2004, he broke into Archbold Wash & Fill again.
Stuart O. Owens, Jr., 24, presently incarcerated, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering. Allegedly on Nov. 18, he broke into the Laub Food Mart.
Stacey M. Kluge, 28, Bryan, was indicted on one count of deception to obtain dangerous drugs. Allegedly on Aug. 24, 2006 through Aug. 26, 2006 she obtained by deception Demerol, which is a controlled substance.
Jeremy W. Szczpanzki, 21, Wauseon, was indicted on one count of gross sexual imposition and one count aggravated menacing. Allegedly on April 19, 2008, he has sexual contact with another and purposely compelled the other person to submit by force or threat of force. Szczpanzki was also indicted in another case for one count grand theft. It is alleged that on April 19, 2008, he stole property valued at over $5,000.
Mirissa L. Corthell, 21, Swanton, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property. It is alleged that on April 22, 2008, she was in possession of property valued at over $5,000 that had been stolen.
James Edward Harris, 21, and Christopher Mason, 23, both of Toledo, were each indicted on one count of burglary. Allegedly on Jan. 25, 2006, they broke into a Swanton residence with the intent to commit a criminal offense.
Joaquin Tovar, III, 29, Toledo, was indicted on one count of possession of drugs. It is alleged that on April 25, 2008, he was in possession of Oxycodone, which is a controlled substance.
Lara L. Thoma, 22, Holland, Ohio, was indicted on one count of identity fraud. It is alleged that on Aug. 20, 2007, she used the personal identifying information of another person with the intent to present herself to be the other person.
Fidel Castillo, 49, Toledo, was indicted on one count identity fraud. It is alleged that on May 29, 2007, he used the personal identifying information of another person with the intent to present himself to be the other person and the value of the legal obligation was over $500.
Michael A. Garcia, 24, Archbold, was indicted on one count of possession of marijuana, it is alleged that on May 16, 2008, he was in possession of over 200 grams of marijuana.
Christopher P. Demaline, 29, Swanton, was indicted on four counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Nov. 1, 2006 and Feb. 23, 2008, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $9,476.
Alexander J. Foster, 30, Swanton, was indicted on five counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Dec. 26, 2004 and Nov. 30, 2007, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $8,422.
Billy J. Rogers, 39, Delta, was indicted on three counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Jan. 1, 2002 and Dec. 31, 2004, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $4,240.
Miles Sanford, 51, Pepperell, Mass., was indicted on four counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between October 2002 and March 31, 2003, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $6,721.
Sean D. Munger, 23, Colorado Springs, Colo., was indicted on two counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Oct. 1, 2002 and July 31, 2005, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $6,721.
Timothy E. Muir, 43, Whitehouse, Ohio, was indicted on two counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Sept. 1, 2006 and Sept. 30, 2007, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $7,800. The indictment also contains a specification alleging that Muir was previously convicted of nonsupport of dependents on or about April 30, 2003 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Richard A. Bailey, 29, Toledo, was indicted on two counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between July 1, 2005 and Sept. 30, 2007, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $3,410.
Hector J. Buentello, 34, Arlington Texas, was indicted on 10 counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Oct. 1, 2004 and Aug. 31, 2007, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $11,164. The indictment also contains a specification alleging that Buentello was previously convicted of nonsupport of dependents on or about July 19, 2000 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Jason L. Pontious, 34, Wauseon, was indicted on three counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Aug. 1, 2006 and Jan. 31, 2008, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $4,500.
Matthew K. Cooper, 36, Wauseon, was indicted on six counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Jan. 1, 2005 and Feb. 28, 2008, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $7,312.
Christopher L. Hutchinson, 33, Oregon, Ohio, was indicted on six counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between July 11, 2004 and Feb. 28, 2008, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $3,324. The indictment also contains a specification alleging that Hutchinson was previously convicted of nonsupport of dependents on or about June 11, 1999 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Jeffery A. Bose, 38, Toledo, was indicted on six counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Nov. 1, 2006 and Oct. 31, 2007, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $4,944.
William D. Blaine, 35, Delta, was indicted on six counts of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between Jan. 1, 2004 and June 30, 2005, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $6,888. The indictment also contains a specification alleging that Blaine was previously convicted of nonsupport of dependents on or about June 15, 2001 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Jacob Ricker, 35, Winder, Ga., was indicted on one count of nonsupport of dependents. It is alleged that between April 10, 2007 and Oct. 10, 2007, he failed to pay court ordered child support and accumulated an arrearage of over $2,333. The indictment also contains a specification alleging that Blaine was previously convicted of nonsupport of dependents on or about May 24, 2005 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
