Hunter completes student teaching

ASHLAND, Ohio - Kara Hunter of Wauseon, is completing the student teaching requirements through the Department of Teacher Education at Ashland University. She is currently student teaching at Crestview Middle School. She is the daughter of Richard and Kathleen Hunter and is majoring in middle grades education.

Before being admitted into the student teaching program, candidates must have completed all teaching methods courses, passed the Praxis I and obtained approval from their major department. A 2.5 cumulative grade point average is required for acceptance.
