The Wauseon girls varsity soccer team played the Bryan Golden Bears Thursday and beat them with a final score of 5-1.
This game was a huge success for the Indians considering that, in the history of Wauseon girls soccer, the Indians had never beaten Bryan.

Archbold, Delta win NWOAL openers
Evergreen and Pettisville opened their volleyball season with victories. Evergreen defeated Lake 24-26, 22-25, 25-15, 25-20, 15-6 on Monday. However both teams lost their next game.
Also, Archbold and Delta picked up Northwest Ohio Athletic League victories on Tuesday.
