Wants Wal-Mart to keep sewing dept. open

The Wauseon WalMart store is closing its sewing department. I know friends, family and residents who are very upset about this decision. Many of them don't want to drive far to get sewing accessories and supplies, this location is very convenient for them and the sewing department is very well kept.

WalMart - think of the community and its needs. Don't take out the sewing department. It is suppose to be one stop shopping, it won't be with the sewing department gone.

If loosing the sewing department upsets you call 1-800-Walmart or call the local store manager.

Editor's Note: We contacted the store to confirm it was closing the sewing department. The local manager explained this was a decision made at the corporate level. Apparently this is not the only WalMart store closing its sewing department. We then contacted the home office to discuss the closing. At this time they haven't responded to our request for further information.
