8:22 p.m. - Jason L. Clingaman, 25, Wauseon, was westbound on CR K, Dover Twp., when his vehicle struck a northbound deer head on in the roadway. The deer remained on the scene.

Wednesday, Sept. 24

7:00 a.m. - Joseph G. Reed, 63, Toledo, was westbound on CR J, Fulton Twp., when his vehicle struck a southbound deer in the roadway.

4:14 p.m. - Randy A. Solly, Jr., 20, Delta, was eastbound on CR H, Pike Twp., when a rocking horse fell out of the bed / cargo area of his vehicle, bounced into the westbound lane and the toy struck the vehicle of Linda L. Nelson, 60, Wauseon who was traveling westbound.

5:38 p.m. - Shirley A. Porter, 77, Lakeland, Fla., was westbound on US 20A, Swancreek Twp. She attempted to turn north onto CR 4, lost control and ran off the left side of CR 4, striking a stop sign and came to rest in a yard. She was cited for failure to control.

4:16 p.m. - Richard C. Dulaney, Sr., 61, Wauseon, was westbound on CR F, Clinton Twp., when his vehicle struck a northbound deer in the roadway.
