Art Galleries

* A photography exhibit of the works of students of Oberlin College associate art professor Pipo Nguyenduy is showing in the Friends Gallery now through June 7.

* An exhibit by photographer Richard Blount graces the Community Walls gallery. His photographs, taken in Turkey in 1993, are of Istanbul and the remnants of Troy.

Marble structures, the only material that survived decomposition through fire and climate exposure, are the focus of the photographs. Also included in the exhibit are photographs of wonders of nature in Western Turkey, including Cappadocian volcanic homes and hot limestone springs in Pamukkale.

All exhibits are free and open to the public. For more information, call 775-0094.
