College, city to host Housing Fair for students who live off-campus

The Oberlin College office of residential education and the city of Oberlin have planned an Off-Campus Resource Fair for Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 7:30 - 9 p.m. on the Oberlin campus in Wilder Main located at 135 W. Lorain St.

Landlords interested in renting to Oberlin College students for the 2010-2011 academic year are invited to register to attend this event. The Landlord Registration Form may be accessed through the announcements section of the Oberlin College Classifieds at http://classifieds.oberlin.edu

This joint venture on the part of the college and the city is designed to bring students and landlords together and to help students make informed decisions and choices about off-campus living. Also attending the Resource fair will be members of the city of Oberlin office of finance and public safety, along with representatives from the college's office of financial aid and the dean of student's office.
