Wonnells celebrate 40th anniversary

Don and Gail Wonnell, of Sylvania, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Jan. 11.

They have three children -- Jim (Tanya Thompson) of Tecumseh, Mich.; Tom (Amy Johnson) of Perrysburg; and Andrea Marie Wonnell of Babylon, N.Y. They have four grandchildren -- Gregory, Luke, Abagail and Jack.

Don is the son of the late John and Marie Wonnell of Lakeside, and Gail is the daughter of the late Irvin (Dick) Young and Esther Young of Sandusky.

Don is the labor market analyst for Northwest Ohio and works for the state of Ohio. Gail is an artist. They are both active in the Marblehead and Toledo lighthouse societies.
