Danbury Cross Country teams met against Ottawa Hills and Put-in-Bay.

For the girls:

Danbury 34, Ottawa Hills 23. Danbury finishers -- Fifth place, Becka Hartman with a time of 24:54; sixth place, Kayla Oxendale with a time of 25:44; seventh place, Hillary Smith 26:38; eighth place, Christine Longer 26:59; and 13th place, Brook Adams with a time if 33:03. Top finisher was Alexandra Huebner from Ottawa Hills with a time of 23:36.

For the boys:

Ottawa Hills 16, Danbury 44, Put-in-Bay 63. Danbury finishers were -- Fifth place, Mike Hamann with a time of 20:15; seventh place, Jacob Fultz 20:19; eighth place, Brandon Burke 22:21; ninth place, Jacob Krynock 23:02; 16th place, Tikhon Ruggles 28:20; and 17th place, Geoffrey Holden with a time of 28:54.
