On Sunday, Sept. 21, the Danbury Stonecrusher pee wee football team beat Bellevue 19-6 at Biro Field.
Leading the way for the Crushers was Chase Botson who had two long touchdown runs for the Crushers. Taylon Molnar also had a rushing touchdown for the Crushers.

Danbury hires Peluso as football coach
Gene Peluso, recently hired as an assistant football coach at Danbury, was elevated to the position of head coach at Wednesday night's school board meeting. Peluso replaces Kory Conrad, who after one season as head coach, resigned due to a family illness that will take a large portion of his time.
