New Kuhn rotary tedders

Kuhn North America, Inc., of Brodhead, Wis., introduces its two largest rotary tedders, the GF 13002 and GF 17002. These tedders are designed for both contractors and large acreage hay producers. The large units ensure the highest productivity in the field, with working widths of 42-feet-eight-inches and 56-feet-five-inches respectively, allowing tedding rates up to 40 acres per hour.

These large tedders provide exceptional tedding quality, resulting in a crop that is fully tedded over the entire width and is efficiently and uniformly spread to maximize drying. Reduced drying times result in higher quality and nutritional value in hay and haylage. Each of the rotor gearboxes is sealed and lubed for life and is driven by Kuhn's patented Digidrive system, reducing maintenance. Despite their dimensions at work, these machines are incredibly compact in transport. Their seven-feet-10-inch transport width is a considerable asset when accessing the narrowest fields and also provides safety and comfort during over-the-road travel.

Kuhn North America is a leading innovator in the field of agricultural and industrial equipment, specializing in spreaders, mixers, hay tools and tillage tools. Kuhn North America products are sold through farm equipment dealers throughout the United States, Canada, and many other countries.
