New Kuhn fertilizer spreaders

Kuhn North America, Inc., of Brodhead, Wis., introduces a new line of highly accurate broadcast fertilizer spreaders, the Axis 30.1 and 40.1 twin-disc spreaders. The Axis spreaders are designed specifically to maximize productivity and improve efficiency, with normal working widths of 60 feet to 90 feet and 80 feet to 120 feet respectively.

These spreaders have high flow rates that allow faster ground speeds and work rates of over 100 acres per hour. The units are designed for producers who are looking to minimize their overall fertilizer costs while maximizing production. The patented Axis twin-disc fertilizer spreaders feature CDA (Coaxial Distribution Adjustment) technology for the fastest and easiest adjustment of working widths and application rates in the industry. Complicated individual disc vane adjustments are eliminated. The uncomplicated DFC system (Direct Flow Control) provides fast and accurate calibration of application rates.

Kuhn North America is a leading innovator in the field of agricultural and industrial equipment, specializing in spreaders, mixers, hay tools and tillage tools. Kuhn North America products are sold through farm equipment dealers throughout the United States, Canada, and many other countries.
