On Aug. 20, the Mohawk FFA, a satellite of Vanguard Sentinel, held a chicken barbecue as a fund-raiser during the Fall Sports Kick off and Elementary Open House.

The meal consisted of a delicious array of dishes, including a half a chicken, cheesy potatoes, applesauce, a roll and a drink.

The 14 FFA members helped serve the meals. They also enjoyed the time they spent bonding and making up chicken dinners.

The FFA will be holding their annual Fall Barbecue on Friday, Oct. 2.
