Caregiver support series holding last two meetings

The Area Office on Aging is providing a series of quality sessions for caregivers in our area. There are two classes left and you can attend either or both of them.

Thursday, Sept. 18 features Director of Marketing for Visiting Nurses and Hospice, Pam Baynes, to discuss what you should know when you hire help to care for you loved one.

Thursday, Oct. 23 will be Deb Miller to discuss massage therapy and stress release at this last session.

Please call ahead to register (419-826-2760) or simply attend when you can. Both of these sessions will be held at the Swanton Public Library Community Room, 305 Chestnut Street in Swanton, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. There is plenty of free parking and they are A.D.A. compliant.
