Bulldogs sink Lakers

League champions
Swanton's U10 girls socccer team placed first in their division in the NWOYSL (Northwest Ohio Youth Soccer League), beating out six other teams in the season. They had 7 wins, 2 ties and 0 losses. Ryan Johnson makes a save in early season action for the Bulldogs, who dropped three games last week. They fell to Start 5-1, Bowsher 6-4 and Rossford 4-1. Johnson, who did not start the season as Swanton's keeper leads northwest Ohio in saves, according to stats submitted to the Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association.
