SHS golfers split
Swanton picked up a Northwest Ohio Athletic League golf win on Thursday, but was defeated by Maumee on Wednesday. The Dogs topped Patrick Henry 176-192 at Valleywood on Thursday. Paul Jimison was medalist with a 37 followed by Zach Kilgour 42, Brett Zedlitz 45 and Robert Swartz 51.
They lost to Maumee 160-169 at Heatherdowns C.C.. Jimison led Swanton with a 39 while Kilgour shot a 40, Zedlitz 41 and Matt Mendenhall 49.
Tailgate party planned
SPORTS will be sponsoring the tail gate prior to the home football game against Patrick Henry on Friday. Join them at Swanton High School from 6-7 p.m.
