Sexual predators of Wellington

As of Sept. 18 the following sexual offenders live or work in the Wellington School District:

* Larry Franklin Adkins, who lives at 51315 Betts Rd., was adjudicated a Tier III sex offender with notification. He is a white male, 54, with brown hair and green eyes. He is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 160 lbs. He has a scar on his abdomen from his appendix. He was convicted with other state's charge code.

* Ronald W. Brooks, who lives in LaGrange and works 115 W. Herrick Ave., has had his offender classification stayed by court. He is a white male, 43, with black hair and hazel eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 200 lbs. and has a 2-inch scar on his chin. He was convicted of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, unknown, and pandering obscenity involving a minor.

* Richard Lawrence Clifford III, who resides in Columbia Station and works at 43805 E. Bursley Rd., has had his offender classification stayed by court. He is a white male, 39, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 220 lbs. He has a bulldog USMC tattoo on his right shoulder. He was convicted of sexual battery.

* Jason L. Davidson, who lives at 44490 St. Rt. 18, has been adjudicated a Tier II sex offender. He is a black male, 31, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 215 lbs. He has "Jason" and "mom" tattoos on his right arm. He was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor.

* Jason NMI Fleming, who lives in Lorain and works at 310 Maple St., has been adjudicated a Tier III sex offender with notification. He is a white male, 33, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 225 lbs. He has a tattoo of a tribal wolfe on his left arm, two feathers on his left calf, words "Black Foot" on his right calf, and a Native American woman on his right shoulder. He was convicted of rape.

* Patrick Galley, who lives at 145 Erie St., and works at 143 Erie Street, has had his offender classification stayed by court. He is a white male, 39, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 255 lbs. He was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor.

* Jeffrey M. Grimm, who lives at 119 Erie St., has been adjudicated a Tier I sex offender. He is a white male, 54, with gray hair and green eyes. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 226 lbs. He was convicted of gross sexual imposition.

* Steven Grimmett, 331 S. Walden Lane, Apt. D has been adjudicated a Tier III sex offender with notification. He is a white male, 45, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 197 lbs. He has a tattoo of a Native American on his left arm and a skull on his right arm. He was convicted of rape, aggravated assault and definitions/sex offenses.

* Joseph A. Gwynn, who lives in Elyria and works at 350 Maple St., has been adjudicated a Tier II sex offender. He is a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet 4 inches and weighs 195 lbs. He has a pierced left ear and a tattoo of a Fighting Irish guy on his left calf. He was convicted of gross sexual imposition.

* Tony Hoyt, who lives at 248 Jones Rd., has been adjudicated a Tier III sex offender with notification. He is a white male, 45, who is deaf and has brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 162 lbs. He has a tattoo of an eagle on his left shoulder. He was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor, gross sexual imposition and rape.

* Kenneth W. Hunsucker, who lives at 26287 St. Rt. 58, has had his offender classification stayed by court. He is a white male, 40, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 160 lbs. He has a Tazmanian Devil tattoo. He was convicted of sexual battery.

* Mark R. Jasinski, who lives at 369 C North Walden Lane, has been adjudicated a Tier I sex offender. He is a white male, 45, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 290 lbs. He was convicted of importuning.

* Jay Joseph Johnson, who lives at 706 N. Main St., has had his offender classification stayed by court. He is a white male, 60, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 lbs. and has a scar on his chest due to surgery. He was convicted of sexual battery and gross sexual imposition.

* Eric D. King, who lives at 200 Marts Pl., Apt. A-5, has been adjudicated a Tier II sexual offender. He is a white male, 28, with black hair and green eyes. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 150 lbs. He has both ears and right eyebrow pierced and has tattoos which include an eagle on his left shoulder, tribal writing on his right arm, grand ripper on his right shoulder, graphics joker on his left arm with joker initials, and an upside down cross on his middle finger; he also has a scar above his right eye. He was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor.

* Douglas A. McCourt, who works and resides at 47373 Merriam Rd., has been adjudicated a Tier III sex offender with notification. He is a white male, 43, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 272 lbs. He has a tattoo of a band of battle axes on his right and left arms and also of a skull and dagger on his back. He was convicted of rape three times, gross sexual imposition under 13 three times, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, and definitions/sex offenses.

* David C. Phillips, who lives at 19981 State Route 18 and works in Oberlin, has been adjudicated a Tier I sex offender. He is a white male, 23, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 210 lbs. He was convicted of importuning.

* Charles Roberts, who lives at 47271 Merriam Rd. and works at 44408 Sate Route 162, has been adjudicated a Tier II sex offender. He is a white male, 36, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 205 lbs. He has tattoos on his left and right shoulders and also on his left middle finger. He has a scar on his left wrist. He was convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and parole violation.

* Paul John Scaglione, who lives in South Amherst and works at 790 Shiloh Ave., has had his offender classification stayed by court. He is a white male, 48, with brown hair and green eyes. He is 6 feet tall and 200 lbs. He was convicted with other state's charge code.

* James Schramm, who lives at 140 Jones Rd., Apt. 2F, has had his offender classification stayed by court. He is a white male, 26, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 225 lbs. He has a bull with name tattoo on his upper right arm. He was convicted of gross sexual imposition.

* Terry Storrow, who resides at 22798 St. Rt. 511 in Wellington and works at 27921 St. Rt. 511 in New London, was adjudicated a Tier III sex offender with notification. He is a white male, 53, with gray hair and hazel eyes. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 129 lbs. He has a tattoo "Terry" on his right arm and a Tasmanian Devil on his left arm. He was convicted of rape, non sex other offense and gross sexual imposition.

* Ronald G. Sullivan, who lives at 501 Dickson St., Apt. 2 and works at 144 E. Herrick Ave., has been adjudicated a Tier II sex offender. He is a white male, 60, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet 6 inches and weighs 270 lbs. He has two scars on his chest and one on his right hand. His tattoos include a left ear dot, Ron on his left arm and a cross on his left middle finger. He was convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

* Anthony Stephen Vargo, who lives at 103 Brown St., rear, and works at 103 Brown St., has had his offender classification stayed by court. He is a white male, 43, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet 1 inch and weighs 265 lbs. He has a scar on his right arm from stitches. He was convicted of gross sexual imposition and rape.
