Meet the Band

This week's featured senior is David Barker, son of Mark and Jessica Barker. David is a two-year squad leader of the low brass section, plays euphonium, and is a member of the concert, marching, and pep bands as well as the brass ensemble. David has also participated in solo/ensemble contest.

David is employed at Village Market, and enjoys archery and golf in his spare time. David's most memorable band experience was dancing to David Wells with Mrs. Novotny. He plans to attend college to major in photojournalism and minor in music. He would like to thank his parents for their support, and Mrs. Novotny for putting up with him. He would also like to thank his squad for giving him a great senior year.
