The University of Northwestern Ohio announced JOHN A. EICHINGER of Wellington has made the dean's list for the August 2008 session in the College of Technologies.

SARA GARSKA of Rochester is a member of the Collegiate Middle Level Association at Ashland University. She is the daughter of Clarence and Pat Garska and is majoring in integrated language arts education.

The Collegiate Middle Level Association (CMLA) is a professional organization for students who plan on pursuing a career in middle level education. Its purpose is to provide support and encouragement for middle level teaching students. The organization hopes to advance middle level teacher preparation and provide information on employment opportunities.
