Bellevue Police arrested Jesse Quillen, 20, 1314 Franklin Ave., Fremont, on July 19 for disorderly conduct.

Bellevue Police cited Norfolk Southern Railroad with blocking road crossing on Co. Rd. 302 on July 19, and for blocking Flat Rock Road on July 20.

Bellevue Police arrested Michael S. Wilson, 35, 220 Maple St., Lot 89, Green Springs and charged him with assault on July 20.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol received the blood results for the fatal crash that occurred on St. Rt. 4 at Bogart Road on June 13 at approximately 11:30 p.m.
Larry W. McCready was driving a 2006 Subaru Forester. His blood was sent to the Ohio State Highway Patrol crime lab and the result was a .000% blood alcohol content. The other driver was Paul C. Smith and he was driving a 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle. His blood was analyzed by the Lucas County Coroner's Office and the result was .09% blood alcohol content.
According to the patrol, McCready was traveling southbound on St. Rt. 4 north of Bogart Road and Smith was traveling northbound. Baker was stopped at the red light of Bogart Road east of St. Rt. 4 and McCready was turning left onto Bogart Road and failed to yield for Smith. Smith's motorcycle struck McCready's vehicle and continued north on its side, ejecting both riders. Smith suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash.
The crash report has been turned over to the Sandusky Municipal Prosecutor's office for review.

Bellevue Police arrested Timothy J. Keegan, 46, 131 Huffman St., for domestic violence on July 20.

A Monroe St. woman reported to Bellevue Police she was raped on July 20. Reports indicate the woman asked a male roommate to "cuddle" and when she woke up he was having sex with her. Police called a Firelands SANE nurse for the woman.

Bellevue Police cited Pamela S. Johnston, 34, 111 Flat Rock Rd. Lot 31, with speeding on July 20.
