Tonya Messer, 39, 405 E. Adams St., Green Springs, was charged with forgery and theft Aug. 22 by the Sandusky County Sheriff's Office.

A resident in the 2500 block of Sandusky Cty. Rd. 185, Green Creek Township, reported to the Sandusky County Sheriff's Office that someone stole 60 sections of steel roofing panels and a small section of steel irrigation fitting and a box trap from his property on Aug. 23.

The following recently appeared in Fremont Municipal Court:
Kilene Hill, 23, 8026 E. Sandusky Cty. Rd. 24, Republic, was charged with animal cruelty, $150, three days jail with three days suspended.
Daniel Hall, 35, 6592 Sandusky Cty. Rd. 237, Clyde, was charged with criminal damaging, $50.
Jada Allen, 20, 231 Monroe St., Bellevue, was charged with disorderly conduct, $150, suspended.
