The Erie County Sheriff's Office charged Robert L. Earl, 43, 300 block of Lester St., Castalia, with criminal trespassing and criminal damaging on July 14.

John Spencer, 45, 6028 Co. Rd. 175, was arrested on July 13, by the Sandusky County Sheriff's Office and charged with theft and possession of criminal tools.

Buddy Draper, 37, 826 Flat Rock Rd., was arrested on July 13, by Bellevue Police and charged with assault.

Scott Risner, 44, 196 Sheffield St., was arrested on a warrant out of Erie County on July 13, by Bellevue Police.

Robert and Jacqueline Cantania, both 48, of 325 Kinney St., were arrested on July 13, by Bellevue Police and charged with domestic violence.

A resident in the 200 block of W. Center St., reported to Bellevue Police on July 14, someone had taken their 2004 Yamaha Blaster 4-wheeler. The ATV has a red frame with white plastic.

James Berry, 61, 1562 E. McPherson Highway, Clyde, was cited for disorderly conduct while intoxicated on July 8, by Bellevue Police.

A resident in the 100 block of Belle Ave., reported to Bellevue Police on July 9, batteries had been taken from their vehicles.

A resident in the 100 block of Friedley Ave., reported to Bellevue Police on July 11, someone had taken their silver and blue girl's Schwinn bicycle.

Randell T. Ladd, 24, 304 Northwest St., was arrested on July 12, by Bellevue Police and charged with disorderly conduct.

Christopher Stegman, 16, 200 Steeplechase Ave., Apt. F, was issued a citation on July 12, by Bellevue Police for no operator's license.

A resident in the 100 block of Grove St., reported to Bellevue Police on July 12, someone had broken into their vehicle. Both passenger side windows were broken out but nothing appeared to be taken.

A Bellevue resident reported to the Huron County Sheriff's Office on July 14, she had lost her purse somewhere on Prairie Rd. The complainant advised officers it was a different patterned handbag which contained her wallet.

The following recently appeared in Tiffin Municipal Court:

Jason R. Mullins, Bellevue, pleaded no contest to FRA suspension, $381, 60 days jail with 50 suspended, no immobilization - innocent owner; pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia, $62, 30 days jail, suspended, license suspended six months, permanent weapons disability, to attend counseling; pleaded no contest to no operator's license, no fine listed, 30 days jail, suspended; pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana, $38, license suspended for six months; pleaded no contest to no front plate, court costs only.

Joshua Dunn, Bellevue, pleaded no contest to domestic violence, $374, 30 days jail with 27 suspended, to have no contact with victim, required to successfully complete and pay for counseling.

Tyler Nye, Republic, pleaded no contest to speeding, $102, two points on license.

Tyler D. Townsend, Bellevue, pleaded no contest to fictitious plates, $141.

The following were recently indicted by a Huron County grand jury:

Christopher Tyler, 22, 125 Monroe St., Monroeville, on breaking and entering in connection with a June 10 incident.

MARGARETTA TWP. -- The Sandusky Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a one vehicle injury crash that occurred July 15, at 10:03 p.m. on St. Rt. 101, south of Bardshar Road.

Reports indicate Suzanne Harmon, 54, of 1107 Maple Ave., Sandusky, was driving a 1996 Ford Mustang Cobra when she exited Pat's Tavern to travel southbound on St. Rt. 101, lost control, traveled off the right side of the road and overturned. Troopers said she suffered incapacitating injuries and was transported to Firelands Community Medical Center. She was wearing her seat belt and a airbag deployed in the crash.

A passenger in the car, Joseph A. Vancauwenbergh, 68, of 5803 Tiffin Ave., Castalia, was taken to Firelands with incpacitating injuries. He was wearing his seat belt and an airbag deployed in the crash..

It is unknown if at this time if alcohol was a factor in the crash. The crash remains under investigation. No charges have been filed at this time.
