Ronald Dority, 43, 7325 Co. Rd. 175 Bellevue, already facing charges for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting his wife, was sent to prison for violating his probation terms on another case.
Dority is accused of kidnapping his wife, wrapping a chainsaw chain around her wrists and dragging her with it and then shooting at her last month.
On July 18, he was sentendced to 10 months in prison. He was on probation for three years for an August domestic violence conviction, according to Erie County Common Pleas Court records. The probation violation came after he was arrested on the alledged kidnapping offense.

Bellevue Police cited Mary S. Flory, 29, 6255 Co. Rd. 177, with assured clear distance violation on July 17.

Bellevue Police charged Beth Spencer, 39, 911 E. Main St., Joseph Herbert, 18, 120 Orchard St., Tiffany Mitchem, 20, 140 North Buckeye St. and Bryan Scott Jordan, 18, 911 E. Main St., with criminal trespassing on July 17. Spencer was also charged with criminal damaging.

Buddy Draper, 2350 St. Rt. 99, Monroeville, pleaded no contest to assault, $452 with $150 suspended, 30 days jail with 27 days suspended, to serve three days, with conditions.
Adam Guice, 516 N. Sandusky, pleaded no contest to failure to control, $50; resisting arrest, $150, 10 days jail with four suspended, credit for six days served; obstructing official business, dismissed.
Andrea Roob, 300 Derby Ln., Apt. E, pleaded no contest to expired driver's license, $294 with $100 suspended, three days jail, suspended with conditions.

A resident in the 700 block of Castalia St., reported to Bellevue Police on July 18 someone entered his vehicle and took CDs and a camera.

Bellevue Police received several calls from residents on Goodrich Road and Castalia Street on July 18 of someone entering their vehicles. However, nothing was reported missing.

Bellevue Police arrested Travis Catania, 16, 925 Castalia St., and Christopher Reed, 15, 2151 Co. Rd. 292, on July 19, for underage consumption.

A resident in the 6000 block of St. Rt. 547, Bellevue, reported to the Huron County Sheriff's Office on July 18, that someone entered a garage and damaged a riding lawn mower. The complaintant told deputies someone had removed gas from the mower and from a gas can earlier in the week as well.

A resident in the 700 block of Sandusky Co. Rd. 212, Green Creek Township, reported to the Sandusky County Sheriff's Office that someone broke into his car on July 18 and took a stereo, six speakers and an aplifier.

Clyde Police arrested Joshua Green, 19, Megan Maines, 18, and a mail juvenile on July 16 after they reportedly broke into an apartment and stole more than $1,000 worth of electronic equipment.
Reports indicate the three forced their way into the apartment in the 400 block of Quail Creek just before 1 p.m. Wednesday.
