Felicia N. Haycock, 21, Attica, on misuse of a credit card in connection with incidents on June 2, 3.

James E. Hatfield, 32, 975 Monroe St., Apt. 252, case transferred to Bellevue Municipal Court for prosecution. He was charged with resisting arrest in connection with a May 25 incident.

A resident in the 100 block of Attwood Terrace reported to Bellevue Police on July 27, someone had stolen their 20-inch, red Mongoose boy's bike.

Jason P. Howey, 35, 133 Redwood Dr., was arrested on July 26, by Bellevue Police and charged with driving under the influence.

Norfolk Southern Railroad, Bellevue, was issued a citation by Bellevue Police, on July 25 and 26 for blocking the railroad tracks in excess.

Heather Fought, 33, 224 Belle Ave., was issued a citation for failure to reinstate on July 26, by Bellevue Police.

Jacob N. Wallace, 19, 5500 block Wood Rd., Monroeville, was charged with underage possession of alcohol on July 27, by the Erie County Sheriff's Office.

Bryan E. Waggoner, Bellevue, pleaded no contest to violation 2923.24A, $145.50, 90 days jail with 65 suspended, to make restitution, no contact with victim; pleaded no contest to theft, $50, 90 days jail with 65 suspended, to make restitution; pleaded no contest to criminal trespassing, $50, 30 days jail with 25 suspended.

Chelsea Jones, Republic, pleaded guilty to speeding, $90, two points; no operator's license, $178, two points, charge amended.
