Church social set for Vickery

VICKERY - Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1320 N. CR 268, is hosting its annual Ice Cream Social, 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 16.

The menu will include homemade ice cream and sherbet, homemade desserts, sandwiches and more.

There will be music under an outdoor canopy. Proceeds will benefit the church's seminary candidate Jessica King and be used to help furnish the new kitchen in the GSLC building addition.

Matching funds will be provided by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Sandusky-Seneca County Chapter 31383.
