RFD club members learn to cut gardens

The RFD Garden Club met on June 17 at the home of Sandy Kessler. Donna Foss, Master Gardener, gave a presentation on cutting gardens.

Roll call was answered by stating how many hanging plants we have. The secretary's and treasurer's reports were read and approved. Centerpieces for the Green Springs alumni banquet were discussed.

Kathy Foster, horticulture reporter, talked about dragon wing begonias. The next meeting will be out annual outing on July 17. Refreshments were provided by Pat Brundage.
