Clyde High School sports heroes now have a wall where photographs, shirts and memorabilia can be posted and hung for the public to see.
Quinn Colon, manager of Legends Sports Pub and Grill, said the restaurant on West McPherson Highway recently added a community wall in blue and yellow in the game area across from the bar.
At the end of the main wall is a short perpendicular wall which will be painted by CHS arts students with "Home of the Clyde Fliers or Clyde Country", he said last week.
Legends has already had eight or so items donated and a number of them are already in place.
"I've got a football helmet," the manager said, noting he has to get it up on display.
He is looking for donations of team pictures, jerseys, action shots, game shirts and more.
Colon said he would love to have Flier varsity football team photographs back to the mid 1990s.
"I'd love to have them in order," he added.
He said he has received OSU Tim Anderson memorabilia, Chad Long's No. 1 jersey and other Flier items so far.
Colon also said he is working with the high school to give 10 percent of guest checks back to the sports program when customers come in with their Clyde game wear - mostly before and after games.
Later this fall, Legends also will be the host for the weekly Coaches Show during basketball season on WFRO.
